The clear path through all five decisions is probably what i found most useful. You know where users are going, where they’re dropping off, where the money is leaking, which users need sales help, and who owns each part instead of everyone just trying to improve “growth.”

For a new founder, I think the tricky part comes after that. At what point do you stop fixing the journey and start putting more effort into getting more people into it?

Glad to hear it was useful! And what challenge is hard, but it's not always a binary choice. I've supported a ton of businesses that were able to grow faster by focusing more on monetizing the users they already had and saving more from churning than they did from acquiring new signups. This obviously changes over time as your numbers evolve. If you want to make more revenue, driving more new customers isn't always the play if your funnel is still inefficient.
